Indenture Robert Freeman to Fant. Morgan August 7th 1782

This indenture made this fifteenth day of May 1775 Between ROBERT FREEMAN JUNR. And
ANN his wife of County of Fauquier of one part and FRANCIS MORGAN of County of
Culpeper Witnesseth that said Robert Freeman and Ann his wife for sum of Twenty seven
pounds four shillings and one penny current money of Virginia hath sold unto said Francis
Morgan a parcel of land where said Morgan now lives situate in the little folk of Rapahanock
River in County of Culpeper Bound Beginning at one white oak in PASSON's line near a branch
thence up the said Branch West to a Spanish oak at the head of Pole Catt Branch down the
Branch to Saplins at the Folk of George's Branch thence up the same North to a Black gum on
Freeman's old line thence with that line to the Beginning containing 113 acres…….
